The HeatLab® is a fully portable and affordable wet steam sauna, providing all the benefits of traditional saunas without the high cost!
Its convenient and easy to set up design allows for it to be used anywhere offering users the flexibility to enjoy wet sauna relaxation and health benefits wherever they go.
Regular sauna use has been scientifically linked to a host of cardiovascular benefits, including an elevated heart rate, greater cardiac output, and lower blood pressure, all due to heat-induced vasodilation that boosts blood circulation and fosters heart health.
The Exposure Lab Sauna enhances this experience by channeling steam into the tent via a tube, creating the ambiance of a traditional steam sauna. The included remote control allows users to adjust temperature and session length to their preference, offering a portable and economical solution to experience the advantages of wet sauna therapy at home.
The HeatLab® offers huge cost-effective advantages, providing savings compared to traditional sauna installations that often exceed $10,000
Saunas contribute to improved sleep by inducing muscle relaxation, alleviating stress, enhancing circulation, and regulating body temperature. The calming effects of saunas, coupled with the subsequent decrease in body temperature post-use, facilitate a smoother transition into sleep.
The calming effect of saunas stems from physiological changes triggered by heat exposure. Sauna sessions increase circulation, release endorphins, activate the parasympathetic nervous system, and create a contrast between heat and subsequent cooling, promoting relaxation and a sense of well-being.
Saunas enhance heart health by increasing heart rate, improving circulation, and reducing blood pressure through heat-induced vasodilation. Regular sauna use also promotes the release of heat shock proteins, which protect the heart muscle and reduce the risk of cardiovascular events like heart attacks and strokes.
The enhanced perspiration can unclog pores, resulting in clearer and healthier skin.
The humid warmth can offer advantages to individuals dealing with respiratory issues such as congestion or asthma.
Wet saunas ease discomfort associated with arthritis, joint inflammation, and muscle soreness, facilitating smoother training sessions and quicker recovery processes.
Sauna sessions can contribute to short-term weight loss.
Individuals have the flexibility to adjust the temperature and duration of their sauna sessions according to their preferences and requirements.
The Heatlab® sets up effortlessly in various places, offering the convenience of enjoying a wet sauna experience anywhere you desire.

Best thing ever! Dont have to drive to recovery centres any more and can do it all on my patio. This bundle really is a game changer and has helped me perform better than ever in my last few power lifting comps 🏋️
I bought the sauna to set up at my gym office and its been amazing to have here! All my staff use it and I love to hop in after my workouts. Super easy to set up.
I bought it for my gym but love it so much i'll probably take it home and use before i sleep.
I use my sauna after my morning laps in the pool and cant reccomend it more. Makes me feel great for the rest of the day!
Gangsta! Sauna arrived today and I just tested it out. Looks amazing and works great. Exposurelabs killed it!
Sponsor me Exposurelab! I use your ice baths everyday🤪💪
Can't get enough of my ice bath! Few of my clients tell me about morning grogginess, so I'm planning on getting them in this and saying goodbye to slow starts to their mornings.
I feel so relaxed after using my sauna, its improved my sleep so much. The heat stays in really well and the quality is fantastic. Super duper happy with it!
Me, my two amigos and our ice bath 😊 I've been using this for the last few weeks and the difference is night and day with my energy levels. The quality holds up great and stays super cold ❄️
To anyone wondering if they should go the sauna or the ice bath, get the bundle with both! I bought mine thinking I'd use the ice bath more, but when i go from sauna to cold plunge is where I feel the most effects 🔥
Good value.👍👍
